Will Jimmi's talk with the Vice Chancellor be a success?

Jimmi is preparing to see the Vice Chancellor, Samantha Eustance, and Valerie and Mrs Tembe try to be supportive. However, Jimmi could do without their support and makes his escape. When Jimmi eventually meets with Samantha things don't go well - he drops his papers and is constantly fumbling. Samantha isn't impressed and is adamant that students who are sick will make their way to The Mill and shows Jimmi the door. Jimmi is livid by her treatment and calls Mrs Tembe to debrief. While talking to Mrs Temb,e Jimmi realises that there could be something that could change Samantha’s mind towards the insurance claim...

Meanwhile, Karen prepares James's room and is excited when he arrives. James is extremely polite but makes no eye contact. She starts to show him around, but James wants to know what the house rules are, so Karen explains that her and Rob aren't that strict. Later, James is astounded by the meal that Karen makes for him, but he seems to be hiding something…
