Dirk and Holly visit Cindy at the psychiatric hospital, but find they're making things worse. When they leave, Cindy explodes, rants that everyone's against her and destroys her gifts!
Meanwhile, realising Dodger was right to call the police about Patrick, Maxine decides she's made a terrible mistake trying to defend Patrick and makes the brave decision to put things right. Maxine tells Patrick that she's getting their marriage annulled and that she wants nothing more to do with him.
Also, Carmel decides to do things her way and tells Mercedes to leave Sonny to her. But she's shocked when she turns up at the hospital and sees Kathleen.
And, someone returns to the village - and ends up causing quite a stir...
