Holby's closest friendship is torn apart when Connie reaches the end of her tether with Elliot. After spending weeks trying to protect Elliot from being made redundant by cut-throat new surgeon Hanssen, Connie finds she's left unsupported by Elliot as her own father's health worsens. When Elliot walks out on an important surgical procedure, Connie sees red and confirms to Hanssen that Elliot's become difficult to manage and his angina condition has made him a liability. Will Elliot get the sack? Meanwhile, Faye gives birth to Joseph's son, who they call Harry. But will he continue to rekindle his relationship with Jac, or reunite with troubled Faye? Elsewhere, Chrissie discovers that a complaint against her might end her nursing career.
