Ronnie is thrilled when Ed Bailey offers him a place to stay…

In tonight's second episode of Coronation Street (ITV, 8.30pm - see our TV Guide for listings) Ed Bailey gives his brother a second chance.

An awkward Ronnie explains to Johnny that he’s just leaving and packs up his belongings to leave the pub.

Johnny is completely unaware of the situation and hugs Jenny, glad to be home before thanking Daisy for looking after her while he was in prison.

But will he smell a rat when the women look awkward?

Meanwhile, Ronnie calls to say goodbye to Ed Bailey and when Ed suggests that he can stay in the campervan, Ronnie’s delighted and grateful to his brother for the lifeline.

How will Jenny react when she hears that he’s now sticking around?
