Doctors spoilers: Will Al Haskey continue with his BIG lie?
When Valerie becomes suspicious about his behaviour, will Al be forced to tell Lily that their engagement was a mistake on Doctors?
It's back to Letherbridge as Doctors (1:45pm on BBC One, see our TV Guide for full listings) returns after its extended break.
Al Haskey (played by Ian Midlane) STILL hasn't plucked-up the courage to tell Lily Walker (Verity Rushworth) that their engagement was a mistake.
Lily currently fears she may have cancer and needs Al's support more than ever.
So now may not be the best time for him to break-up with her.
However, on today's episode of the BBC daytime drama, surgery receptionist, Valerie Pitman (Sarah Moyle) becomes suspicious of Al's intentions towards Lily.
But when Valerie, who knows about Lily's cancer fears, warns Al not to mess her around, the grumpy medic rudely warns Valerie to mind her own business!
Meanwhile, Karen Hollins (Jan Pearson) is hopeful for foster teenagers, Tom Robson (Max True) and his sister, Ella (Lily-Mae Evans) after their counselling session with Jimmi Clay (Adrian Lewis Morgan) at the surgery.
The pair have experienced so much trauma after the murder of their mum and their dad being sent to prison.
However, all may not be well after all, when Tom tells Karen he wants to visit his dad in prison.
Tom claims Jimmi suggested a prison visit would be a good idea.
But is that actually the truth?
Elsewhere in Letherbridge, midwife Ruhma Carter (Bharti Patel) meets a carefree dancer, Mariah Birtelle (Nina De Cosimo) at St Phil's, who is in denial about being pregnant.
Mariah reckons it's just a stomach ache. That is, until her water's break...
Can Mariah's mum, Barbara (Maggie Daniels) and her sister, Elizabeth (Emily De Cosimo) help her face-up to motherhood and her new responsibilities?
Or does Mariah have other, unexpected plans for her baby?
Doctors continues every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 1:45pm on BBC One
