Karen Hollins (played by Jan Pearson) gets ready to go into gossip overdrive on Doctors after she sees Dr Daniel Granger (Matthew Chambers) kissing surgery practice manager Becky Clarke (Ali Bastian) at the Icon Bar.

Unfortunately for Karen, it seems like she is almost the last to know!

However, Daniel's estranged wife Zara Carmichael (Elisabeth Dermot Walsh) is secretly pleased the couple are the subject of so much speculation. How will Becky, who had her reservations about getting together with Daniel in the first place, feel about being the topic of office gossip?

Meanwhile, midwife Ruhma Carter (Bharti Patel) is in for a surprise when she visits Laura (Julia Haworth) and Russell Wade (Nigel Boyle) again, and angry Russell complains they need some time alone with their newborn baby, Daisy May.

Will Ruhma be forced to face-up to the REAL reason she keeps visiting Laura and Russell?
