Emmerdale spoilers: As Billy fights Max a shot fires – but who takes a hit?

A shot is fired as Billy tries to stop gun-totin' Max from harming his family. But who takes the bullet and is left fighting for life?

Rushing inside his house, desperately scared about what Max (Jordan Reece) might have done to his family, Billy (Jay Kontzle) is relieved to see his mum Jessie (Sandra Marvin), his stepdad Marlon (Mark Charnock) and stepsister April are all still alive.

But he might not be so lucky when Max trains his gun on him. As he tries to wrestle the weapon out of Max's hands, a shot rings out! But who takes the bullet and is left fighting for their life?

Has Max got the ultimate revenge on Billy or has someone else paid the price?
