Sam Dingle is sent reeling when his dad Zak drops a shock bombshell in Emmerdale.
It follows Emmerdale entrepreneur Rishi Sharma's (Bhasker Patel) shock at news that Manpreet's (Rebecca Sarker) patient, Derek (Tommy Cannon) had died from salmonella and that Rishi's new range of chocolates may have been to blame.
Now, while Jai (Chris Bisson) goes all out to soothe his dad's concerns, Manpreet hopes Jai's right. But it's not looking good for the former factory boss when an officer from environmental health calls. Rishi is devastated. But who tipped off the agency?
Before long, Jai has lashed out and pointed the finger of suspicion at the Dingles' eggs! As the saga then makes waves in the Dingle household it's Zak (Steve Halliwell) who tells his son Sam (James Hooton) his eggs have come under fire…
On the flip side, Manpreet Sharma might be set to profit from the tragedy.
