Is the guilt-ridden mum about to crack and tell him she was responsible for the fatal fire at the Sharmas' sweet factory?
Since causing the Emmerdale blaze which killed Frank Clayton (Michael Praed), Amy's barely been able to look at herself in the mirror. Let alone act normal under the strain of the killer burden.
Her mum Kerry (Laura Norton) has insisted Amy (Natalie Ann Jamieson) stays schtum about having destroyed the Sharmas' CCTV to cover up Kerry's theft especially now the police have laid the blame at Frank's door.
But Amy's struggling with the terrible truth which has left so many villagers without jobs, the Sharmas without a business, Megan (Gaynor Faye) without a man and Tracy (Amy Walsh) and Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick) without a dad.
Her troubled mood hasn't escaped boyfriend Nate (Jurell Carter) who's been pushed aside by Amy. As the couple have a heart-to-heart, Amy makes a confession… Will she tell Nate the truth about her crime?
Elsewhere, Moira (Natalie J Robb) spots Nate and Amy together and is stunned by the depth of her jealousy.
