Gemma's held hostage!

Gemma's caught up in a siege this week when Dean Delaney, an ex-soldier suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, is prevented from visiting his estranged wife, Kelly. Seriously ill Kelly tells Gemma she's divorcing him because his behaviour's become unpredictable and violent. When Dean finds Kelly in a side room, being looked after by Gemma, he barricades the door and holds the women hostage. Kelly is about to undergo emergency surgery - but can Gemma save the day?

Meanwhile, Malick's relationship with oncologist Nathan is going from strength to strength. But is Malick's determination to keep his private life secret from the rest of his colleagues threatening to ruin everything?

And Tara faces her worst fear as she suffers yet another symptom. As she undergoes another scan, is this the beginning of the end?
