Holby City spoilers: Chloe sets off on a trip... unaware Evan's right BEHIND her!
Following their recent showdown, medic Chloe Godard thinks she's finally free of her intimidating husband Evan Crowhurst. But he's a lot closer than she thinks...
With an injunction now in place preventing Evan Crowhurst coming anywhere near her or the hospital, Chloe Godard (Amy Lennox) thinks she's finally shot of her stalker husband.
At Holby, Chloe’s still on edge, but keen to throw herself into her work. After excelling in a complex surgery, Chloe’s thrilled that it seems she’s getting her life back on track.
Meanwhile, Cameron (Nic Jackman) has suggested Chloe gets away for a few days and has kindly offered her the keys to his late mother’s country cottage. Chloe’s in high spirits as she sets off in her car – unaware Evan (Jack Ryder) has put a tracking device on it and he’s following right behind her…
Elsewhere, Ric (Hugh Quarshie) is still not himself but puts his not thinking straight down to the fact that his granddaughter Darla is due to give birth any day now. Ric entrusts Cameron to be his ‘eyes and ears’… but Cam ends up being a lot more than that when Darla suddenly goes into labour and HE has to deliver her baby!
You’d think Ric would be eternally grateful to Cameron for his efforts – but when Cam tells Ric he thinks he’s showing signs of dementia, the proud veteran consultant is quick to put him in his place…
Also, when baby Isla becomes seriously ill and needs urgent surgery, Essie (Kaye Wragg) is forced to come clean to Sacha that she can’t sign the consent form as she isn’t really Isla’s adoptive mother. Will Sacha keep Essie’s secret?
Holby City continues Tuesdays at 8pm on BBC1.
