Alan Titchmarsh takes on another gardening challenge this week
The challenge for the team tonight is to help a four-year-old girl from Hythe, Kent, discover a whole new world waiting for her outside her back door.
Isabelle Cooper has a rare degenerative eye disease called Leber's congenital amaurosis, which has left her with very limited vision and means that one day she will lose her sight completely.
While she can confidently find her way around the inside of her house, the garden, with its uneven lawn and slippery paths is a different story.
Alan, David, Francis and Katie set to work, transforming this area, once a no-go zone for Isabelle, into a place safe for her to explore and filled with amazing scents, sounds, textures and tastes.
