Mary Berry is back, brimming with enthusiasm and jazzing up everyday dishes with some new twists

Mary begins in Scotland, where her mother was born, a country that brings back many wonderful food memories for her.

Scotland provides a beautiful backdrop as Mary eats freshly caught langoustines on the beach at Ullapool, barbecues venison with chef Tom Kitchin and prepares a boozy Scotch whisky cream by a loch as the clouds come down.

Back home in her kitchen, there are recipes for crispy bacon rosti with fried eggs, venison cottage pie and yuzu salmon.

As Mary herself would say: it all looks truly scrumptious!
