Bouncing onto the stage of the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Michael McIntyre kicks off series two of his Big Show, which is like a time-honoured Saturday night variety show on helium.
And if the host is squeaky with excitement, so are the audience – there's clearly been plenty of warm-up before the cameras start recording.
Olly Murs (and his family) is the butt of Celebrity Send to All, and an admirably cool Uber cab driver – summoned by Michael using the app on Olly's iPhone – suddenly finds himself on stage in London's West End before a packed auditorium.
Adding music to the mix is Ellie Goulding and there's a number from Andrew Lloyd Webber's latest musical, School of Rock.
