As Dipi is rushed to hospital after the late-night attack, Gary's girlfriend Amy is shocked when she discovers the truth about his dodgy dealings...
Gary Canning is horrified when he discovers the person he has attacked and knocked unconscious is not his ex-con mate Kev McNally but his neighbour Dipi Sharma.
While Dipi remains hazy on what happened, Gary is forced to come clean to Dipi's furious husband Shane that he was behind the attack in a case of mistaken identity. Shane is not impressed when he hears of Gary's recent dodgy dealings and involvement with criminals.
But after Gary's confession will Shane report him to the police and risk sending him back to prison?
Meanwhile, frantic Gary is desperate to shift the stolen goods which were planted at the coffee hut where he works.
Desperate to avoid being framed by his former criminal employers, Gary turns to his mum Sheila for help in shifting the stolen stuff before the police arrive on the scene.
But Gary's unaware his girlfriend Amy Williams has heard every word of his incriminating conversation with Sheila, and feels hurt and betrayed when she realises Gary's job even led him to steal from her. With her bags packed, will Amy walk out on dishonest Gary?
