The traditional breakfast of boiled sheep’s head may not be everyone’s heart’s desire, but Nigel assures us it tastes better than it looks!

After visiting a huge market and a pomegranate orchard he learns from his taxi driver how one of Iran’s favourite dishes, a lamb stew called Dizi, is lovingly and very slowly cooked.

A great end to a great series.
