Ollie gets a blast from the past...

Zosia fusses over Ollie with a special breakfast after he's worked a double shift - but as they plan to make up for their missed evening together, Ollie freaks out when Zosia asks for a key to his flat! When pregnant patient Melissa turns up, Ollie realises she's an old flame and that he could be the father of her unborn child, which needs an urgent operation in the womb. Ollie's hoping to keep things secret but then Melissa can't help telling Zosia that Ollie's definitely the father of her baby. Zosia's distraught and they are both left wondering what Ollie's impending fatherhood will mean for their relationship. With Ollie desperate to show he’s committed to Zosia, he then stumbles on evidence to suggest he might not be a dad after all…

Skilled former army medic Bernie soon realises her bedside manner needs some work when she treats patient Lorna, who's due to undergo a bi-lateral mastectomy after testing positive for the BRCA1 cancer gene. Despite Sacha's warnings to tread carefully with Lorna, Bernie's continued blunt doctoring style results in Lorna making a formal complaint against her. Knowing she took the job at Holby to save her marriage, Bernie needs to make it work. But can she change her army ways and adapt to Holby life before it's too late?

Also, with AAU nurse Cara on the hunt for a new flatmate and colleague Morven looking for somewhere to live, it looks like it could be a match made in heaven when Morven spots Cara’s ad. Cara, however, wants to keep her personal and professional life separate, so reluctantly suggests Morven find somewhere else to live. But when a whole host of oddballs and misfits respond to the ad, Cara soon realises Morven might just be the perfect housemate…
