Sahira and Rafi's relationship is looking uncertain and Sahira doesn't help matters when she risks her life to help a patient trapped under some scaffolding. When Rafi reveals he has resigned; giving up his career in order to regain the balance that their marriage used to have, Sahira faces her toughest choice yet: whether to fight for her marriage or stick with her career at Holby. Meanwhile, Liam has a hearing at the Youth Offender's court which Luc promises to support him at. When Luc doesn't show up, Liam is hurt and angry. Will Luc realise the responsibility that being a mentor entails? Also, when Tara has her first patient death on Keller she has to learn the hard way that dealing with death is all part of the job.
