The X Factor has announced the song choices for Girlband vs Boyband week, with the Spice Girls and Girls Aloud featuring prominently

It’s Girlband vs Boyband week on The X Factor and the contestants will whip out some old favourites in the hope of impressing the judges.

Honey G will be stealing the show with a rendition of Kris Kross’ catchy hit Jump, following on from her divisive cover of Will Smith’s Men In Black during last weekend’s Halloween show.

Emily Middlemas, who collapsed in tears at the end of her rendition of Radiohead’s Creep during last Saturday’s show, will take on former X Factor stars One Direction’s What Makes You Beautiful.
