It looks like cupid could be heading to Neighbours as Kyle Canning catches Chloe Brennan's eye tonight...

Today's trip to Ramsay Street sees Kyle Canning and Chloe Brennan strike up a flirty new friendship. But does this mean there could be a new Neighbours romance on the cards?

With Kyle back in Ramsay Street to take over Amy Williams' old job at Robinson Pines, it has been slightly awkward to say the least.

Not only is his ex girlfriend Amy now engaged to his dad, but Kyle has also discovered that sneaky Paul Robinson only gave him his new job because he wants him to come between Gary and Amy.

Kyle couldn't have picked a worse time to return to Ramsay Street...

Meanwhile, Neighbours fans will know that Chloe has been through a rough time romantically as well.

First she was left heartbroken when her rekindled relationship with Mel was left in tatters, and then spent an ill-advised night of passion with her brother's fiancé, Elly, the night before their wedding.

But it seems there could be happier times for both Kyle and Chloe when the pair strike up a very flirty friendship today.

As Kyle makes himself at home in number 32, Chloe is thrilled by the sight of her new housemate as he jumps into the pool.

But Aaron isn't happy about the potential romance on the cards and warns his sister away from Kyle... but, as always with Chloe, being forbidden from doing something only makes her want to do it more!

Things get flirty between Kyle and Chloe tonight!

The pair bond over their random love of the German language today and by the end of the episode they are flirting in the pool big time.

While Aaron might mot be happy about the prospect of his two housemates hooking up, his husband David doesn't see the problem. Could Kyle and Chloe make a good couple?

With the pair of them both carrying so much baggage, could that make them perfect for one another, or would it mean a romance between them would be doomed from the start?

Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5
