Neighbours spoilers: Gary Canning proposes to Amy Williams!
But the romantic moment is ruined by the unexpected return of which former Ramsay Street resident? All will be revealed...
It took a while and a bit of distance, but Gary Canning and his girlfriend Amy Williams are finally back together. And now Gary is ready to take their relationship to the next level... and pop the question!
After co-conspiring with his mum Sheila (who certainly hasn't helped in the past by sticking her nose into the couple's business), at first Gary plans to surprise Amy at her builder's yard with a sparkly ring.
But then there's a change of plan and rose petals get scattered around the front room at the Canning house, before Gary gets down on one knee and proposes, much to Amy's surprise.
Unfortunately, Gary's BIG moment doesn't quite go as planned when an unexpected visitor walks through the door at 26 Ramsay Street in the shape of Gary's son and Amy's ex-boyfriend, Kyle Canning (played by Chris Milligan). This could get awkward!
Meanwhile, there are shockwaves around Erinsborough following legal eagle Imogen Willis's decision to take on Finn Kelly as a client.
Imogen's brother Ned, her sister Piper and Ned's girlfriend Bea are all shocked by Imogen's decision, after everything Finn has done. Tempers flare at the Willis house, leading to a shock showdown between Piper and Imogen.
But when Imogen drops some harsh home truths, they push Piper to make a BIG and unexpected decision about her future in Erinsborough...
Elsewhere, Susan Kennedy clashes with Finn's mum Claudia over her continued harsh treatment of him. While Claudia wants her other son Shaun Watkins to return home with her, she still hasn't forgiven Finn for what happened when he and Shaun were kidnapped in South America.
Can Susan convince Claudia to forgive and forget?
Neighbours continues weekdays at 1:45pm and 5:30pm on Channel 5
