Airs Tuesday 31 October 2023 on E4 at 7pm
Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson Dwyer) and Lizzie Chen-Williams (Lily Best) are given reason to suspect Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) is guilty of Rayne's murder when a Halloween party gets underway in Hollyoaks on at 7pm (See our TV Guide for full listings).
Earlier on, Peri turns to her ally, Romeo Nightingale (Owen Warner) about the unknown figure that was in her house last night.
However, the pair of them soon have more to worry about when an anonymous online post by someone called ‘Truthboy’ is about to leak news about Rayne’s killer!
When a box of Halloween decorations and outfits, which Rayne ordered before her death, is delivered to house, Peri comes up with the idea of continuing with the party in Rayne’s memory.
However, not everyone is on board with the idea and Nadira Valli (Ashling O’Shea) says she finds the whole thing tasteless and won’t be joining in.
Everyone goes through the Halloween outfits that Rayne had selected but Peri doesn’t like the one chosen for her by the influencer and instead opts to wear what should have been Rayne’s costume.
Later on during the party, talks turns to who killed Rayne.
Prince and Lizzie admit they think Peri might have been involved prompting a devastated Peri to run off.
Phoenix Hathaway (Tylan Grant) chases after her and reminds her that she has the support of her friends. However it looks like things are about to get a million times worse for Peri when some more incriminating evidence comes to light!
What has been revealed and what guilty secret is Peri hiding about the night of the murder?
Elsewhere, local councillor, Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) is annoyed when he finds Dave Chen-Williams (Dominic Power) camping outside The Dog in his van.
Tony is about to swing into action and give him his marching orders, but a guilt-laden Darren Osborne (Ashley Taylor-Dawson) steps in to offer Dave some support.
Plus, Lucas Hay (Oscar Curtis) uses the recording he recently got as leverage to blackmail James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) into buying special equipment he needs to edit the short film for the cash-prize competition.
Leah Barnes (Ela-May Demircan) is furious about Lucas’s actions and later on she squares up to him and tells him he has to stop blackmailing their step-dad, James.
Will Lucas take any notice?
