Lachlan White is still locked up at the moment, but shock reports say that when he gets out he is going to become Emmerdale’s latest serial killer!
Emmerdale’s Lachlan White (Thomas Atkinson) will go on a bloody killing spree, murdering some of the Dales’ major characters in a shocking new storyline, latest reports claim.
The disturbed youngster will reportedly kill his grandfather Lawrence, played by John Bowe, before targeting Gillian Kearney’s character, Emma Barton.
According to the Mirror, Lachlan’s rampage, which will be aired in the run-up to Christmas, is set to continue, as he targets more major characters in the soap.
A source told the publication: “There’s going to be a lot of change afoot. It will be a proper Emmerdale bloodbath.”
Gillian reportedly chose to leave the ITV programme, and bosses have written her out with a dramatic ending.
However John is said to be “upset” about his exit.
“He didn’t see it coming when soap bosses said that his character, Lawrence, would be killed off before Christmas,” the source added.
“John is pretty upset that he has been told he’s being written out.”
A spokeswoman for Emmerdale said: “We never comment on storyline speculation or artist contracts.”
Lachlan was locked up last year, convicted of perverting the course of justice after being cleared of attempting to murder Lawrence.
