Maya thinks she has a future with teenage lover Jacob, says Emmerdale star

Maya is alarmed in Emmerdale

But in a shock twist Jacob ditches Maya in Emmerdale tonight

Emmerdale star Louisa Clein, who plays Maya Stepney, says the twisted teacher believes she and her teenage lover Jacob Gallagher have a future together.

The 40-year-old actress says Maya loves all the attention Jacob gives her and in her mind reckons they could live happily ever after.

“Jacob gives her what she needs, and she genuinely believes that they could have a future together,” says Louisa.

But Maya is in for a huge shock in this evening’s Emmerdale as Jacob tells her it’s all over between them.

Jacob says he’s fed up with sneaking about and going behind the back of his dad David, who’s dating Maya.

But Maya can't accept Jacob’s decision and is determined to win him back by whatever means she can. She cannot cope with the thought that she will no longer have the teen’s affection.

Will Liv do something she will later regret in Emmerdale

In tomorrow's Emmerdale Liv will make a move on Jacob - how will he respond?

However, she does also have competition for Jacob in the shape of Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele). Liv is worried that Jacob might not be interested in her anymore and decides the way to solve this is by going to bed with him!

How will Jacob respond? And what will Maya’s next move be?

Emmerdale continues tonight on ITV at 7pm.
