While Finn is in detention, John Paul works out that his pupil was involved in the robbery. He confronts the teen and threatens to phone the police. Robbie urges Finn to make sure John Paul stays quiet...
Carmel goes with Jim to buy Kathleen-Angel a present, but when they return to the McQueen's, the toddler is missing. Carmel knows Theresa has taken Kathleen-Angel and decides the only way to get her back is to make an official statement against her cousin... The police catch up with Theresa at the airport and Carmel is horrified to see that Kathleen-Angel isn't there. Sonny arrives at the airport with the tot and it's clear he took his niece to trap Carmel into giving a statement.
Theresa is devastated when Sonny shows her the signed statement from Carmel and she's forced into confessing. A guilty Carmel goes to see Theresa, who has been charged. She begs for forgiveness, but it's Theresa who apologises and asks Carmel to look after Kathleen-Angel while she's away.
