Dr Jimmi Clay and policeman Rob Hollins encounter a teenage lad Ryan after he is arrested. But there's something else wrong with Ryan...

A teenager Ryan Kennedy is brought in for police questioning, after being caught vandalising his dad Dave's car. Ryan still appears bitter over the break-up of his parents Dave and Chelsea's marriage and the fact Dave is now living with his new girlfriend Tanya.

But when policeman Rob Hollins starts questioning Ryan about causing criminal damage to his dad's car, the lad starts shouting out random words and slamming his hands on the desk again and again. What's going on? Can Dr Jimmi Clay help Rob work out what's wrong with Ryan?

Meanwhile, Ruhma Carter sneaks off for a secret appointment to investigate her ongoing problems.

And Dr Daniel Granger receives a worrying phone call from his ex-girlfriend Lisa Torres...
