Eddi discovers Max's bad habit

Having decided to stay at Holby, Eddi's ex Luc is certain that locum Max is no good for Eddi - and his attempts to prove it this week have dramatic consequences. Max reveals that now Luc's back he's no longer needed at Holby and will be taking a job in Brighton. Certain Luc's trying to ruin her relationship with Max, Eddi snaps that she may join him in Brighton! Luc reveals Eddi's plan to Sacha, who tells Luc about the Camoxidan painkillers going missing a few weeks ago. Luc tells Sacha he's noticed Max's hand shaking - a sure sign he's self-medicating. Luc secretly tests a hair sample from Max's jacket, which prove he's using Camoxidan. But when Luc quizzes Eddi about the missing drugs she defends Max. When Max's shaking prevents him from treating a patient, Luc reveals he's using Camoxidan. When Max is ordered to have a blood test, Max freaks out and begs Eddi to come to Brighton. She agrees and goes to fetch Max's bag from his locker, when she finds the stolen Comixidan and confronts him. Max turns on Eddi, reminding her she was happy to take his 'pick-me-ups' when they were on offer, then flees Holby. How will Eddi cope? Meanwhile, tensions are high as Ric, Serena, Michael and George await the outcome of the report on Mr Mooney. Serena tries to get on with her day, introducing new streamlined treatment, which brings her into direct opposition with Ric. However, when a case turns out to be more complicated than expected can she bring herself to ask for some old school help from Ric? Elsewhere, Jac and Ollie are away at a conference. When Jonny and Mo find Ollie's phone left in the locker room they can't resist pulling a prank on Tara - but when things get out of hand who will be the first to break?
