Jealous Jacob Gallagher scuppers David's night away at a hotel with Maya when he does some manipulative meddling

Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) feels his jealousy rising when he discovers his dad David (Matthew Wolfenden) is planning to treat Maya Stepney (Louisa Clein) to a night away in a hotel.

Now completely under Maya’s spell and smitten with the teacher who he has been having a secret affair with, Jacob is desperate to stop it happening and comes up with plan to sabotage their special date.

Maya sets off alone for the hotel while David promises to follow on and be there in time for dinner.

However a manipulative Jacob manages to delay his dad from going. When an apologetic David is forced to ring Maya and tell his girlfriend he’s running really late, a fuming Maya tells him not to bother coming at all!

With David now out of the picture will Maya put her night away in the fancy hotel to good use and invite David’s son, Jacob, to join her instead?

Meanwhile Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) heads off to a surrogacy meeting alone and is waiting for Robert (Ryan Hawley) to turn up. Sadly, Robert who is preoccupied with work, is a no-show because he’s busy meeting a new client.
