The villagers are questioned about recent events as the police swarm round Emmerdale
There are questions which need answering as the police descend on the village but will the officers uncover the information they're looking for in Emmerdale?
Diane Sugden (Elizabeth Estensen) puts her foot in it when she pipes up about Bernice Blackstock's (Sam Giles) upcoming 50th birthday. The salon owner doesn't want to even think about it, let alone celebrate it. And most of all, she doesn't want her younger man, Liam Cunningham (Jonny McPherson) finding out about her big birthday lest it puts him off. But is it possible to keep a milestone such as the big 5-0 on the downlow?
