In this week's Holby City, medic Chloe Godard is forced to tell police what really happened between her and evil husband Evan Crowhurst…

After their dramatic showdown at the country cottage last week, both Chloe Godard and her stalker husband Evan Crowhurst are now in a bad way in this episode (see our TV Guide for full listings).

Now safely back at Holby, medic Chloe wants nothing more than to forget the whole incident. Unfortunately, though, it’s now a matter for the police, so Chloe’s forced to relive her torment all over again as she recounts exactly what happened between her and Evan…

It's all hugely traumatic for Chloe as she has flashbacks to events as they unfolded. The last thing Chloe wants to do is relive her experience - but she knows she has to be honest about what went on at the cottage.

Meanwhile, Chloe's mum Ange (Dawn Steele) and close friend Cameron (Nic Jackman) are concerned that Evan (Jack Ryder) will get away with what he’s done to Chloe, especially once he’s able to give police his own 'twisted' version of events.

Ange (Dawn Steele) is concerned for daughter Chloe (Amy Lennox) and wants to do everything to protect her...

As Chloe gives her own account of what happened, she's consumed with feelings of anguish over what Evan did to her while also battling with the guilt over how she felt forced to retaliate. Will police be understanding?

Meanwhile, following his recent health concerns, Ric sneakily books himself in for a brain scan, under the guise of using the results to inform a group of medical students. What will the scan reveal?

Holby City continues Tuesdays at 8pm on BBC1.
