Hollyoaks spoilers: FESTIVAL FUN! Sinead Shelby gets ready to party as her husband Laurie’s trial begins!
Sinead heads off to the festival to drown her sorrows and get flirty with Sami Maalik!
Sinead Shelby (Stephanie Davies) heads off to the festival that Sami Maalik (Rishi Nair) gave her free tickets for on the same day that her husband Laurie Shelby is being sentenced.
Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) and Lisa Loveday (Rachel Adedeji) are also on board with the festival and so too are younger teens Imran, Juliet, Brooke and Ollie who are all looking forward to a weekend of fun.
With the partying in full swing Sinead is surprised when Sami suddenly turns up to join in.
As the alcohol flows, volatile Sinead gets increasingly drunk and enjoys flirting with Sami and as one things leads to another she’s soon trying to kiss him!
Meanwhile Juliet (Niamh Blackshaw) asks Brooke (Talia Grant) to buy alcohol for her as she is more likely to get served as she looks older. Will Brooke find herself in trouble?
Elsewhere, Laurie Shelby’s trial is underway in court and he’s horrified when he is sentenced to FOUR YEARS in prison for his assault on Diane Hutchinson (Alex Fletcher).
A simmering Laurie (Kyle Pyror) is escorted to the police van to start his time behind bars and finds himself talking to a fellow prisoner.
Laurie has no idea the other con is serial rapist Finn O’Connor, Diane’s step-son and Sinead’s brother.
When Laurie mentions Sinead’s name, Finn (Keith Rice) suddenly realizes this is the same man who abused and raped his own sister. He lunges at Laurie and goes in for the attack! Is Laurie in danger and with the fight going on in the back of the van, is harm going to come to both men?
Hollyoaks is shown weekdays on C4 at 6.30pm with the next episode following on E4
