Hollyoaks spoilers: GUILTY! Harry overhears Mercedes McQueen discussing the hit and run

Harry Thompson and Mercedes

Harry Thompson is appalled to overhear Mercedes McQueen discussing the night of the crash and now knows for sure she's responsible for the crime he's being blamed for!

So far, culprits Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe) and Liam Donovan (Jude Monk McGowan) have managed to squash any incriminating evidence in Hollyoaks linking them to the hit and run that left Grace Black in a wheelchair.

However their full guilt is about to emerge when Harry Thompson (Parry Glasspool) who’s being blamed for the crime, overhears the two of them discussing the smash!

Mercedes McQueen

Mercedes McQueen discusses the crash with Liam, unaware Harry is secretly listening in

As a horrified Harry secretly listens in, he hears Mercedes talking about being behind the wheel on that fateful night and realises she was very much responsible for the horror crash.

An appalled Harry then approaches Mercedes and begs her to go the police and tell the truth, otherwise there is a good chance he will be found guilty of a crime he hasn’t committed.

Will Mercedes do the right thing and confess all? Or will  she continue to let Harry take the flack and risk him going to prison instead of her?

Romeo Quinn

Elsewhere Peri Lomax, Prince McQueen and Romeo Quinn are having fun working at Tom Cunningham’s holiday club for kids, Tom’s Turtles. The teens split into teams and go crazy, racing about with water guns and there seems to be a spark between Peri (Ruby O'Donnell) and Prince (Malique Thompson-Dwyer). Could a summer romance be on the cards for these two?

Plus, following their recent passionate encounter Mercedes and Liam are suddenly forced to hide away from Mercedes’ husband, Sylver (David Tag)  and have holed themselves up in the bathroom. Are they about to be discovered?

Meanwhile, Breda McQueen (Moya Brady), who has recently been appalled to learn of Tony Hutchinson’s bad behaviour and poor parenting choices, is shocked when she finds him sobbing but is pleased when an upset Tony (Nick Pickard) tells her he’s going to stand by his son Harry, even if he’s guilty for the hit and run.

Tony Hutchinson struglgles with Harry Thompson’s confession that he killed Amy in Hollyoaks.

Tony and his son, Harry, have a volatile history together

Breda encourages Tony to find Harry, who’s gone AWOL and urges him to bring him home.

Plus Marnie Nightingale (Lysette Anthony) tells her son James (Gregory Finnegan) to fight for Harry if he still loves him.

Meanwhile Bridezilla Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) thwarts Sienna’s plan to see the twins  who Sienna is convinced are her own children, Sophie and Sebastian. Sienna is unable to see the tots when bossy Max orders her to come to the salon for a wedding hair trial.

Hollyoaks is shown weekdays on C4 at 6.30pm with the next episode following on E4
