Hollyoaks spoilers: Martine Deveraux welcomes two new arrivals to Hollyoaks
Martine Deveraux greets her son, Mitchell, and her father, Walter as they arrive in Chester and make themselves at home
Martine Deveraux (Kelle Bryan) gets a boost in family members when her son Mitchell and her father, Walter arrive in Chester.
The pair of newcomers, who will be living in the Price Slice flat with Martine, waste no time in unpacking their belongings and settling in.
However, Lisa Loveday (Rachel Adedeji) is simmering to discover her grandfather and cousin are moving in and will be sticking around for the foreseeable future. She huffily announces in that case she will be moving out and finding somewhere else to live.
Meanwhile Sylver (David Tag) and Myra (Nicole Barber-Lane ) are convinced that Bobby is a child genius and tell his mum, Mercedes. Headmistress Sally St Claire even agrees to get him an interview at a gifted-children’s academy.
Later the ongoing feuding between Liam and Sylver ramps up. Liam Donovan (Jude Monk McGowan) who has recently been busy partying with Mercedes, has never liked Sylver and as tensions brew, he storms into the McQueens and threatens him. As things escalate Liam reveals that he and Mercedes are sleeping together!
A guilty Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) is horrified and immediately dumps Liam who soon goes crawling to Lisa Loveday for comfort.
Plus Mandy Richardson (Sarah Jayne Dunn) and Darren Osborne (Ashley Taylor Dawson) are trying to find a temporary waitress to help out at The Hutch. Juliet Quinn (Niamh Blackshaw), who has a massive crush on Darren, is determined to bag herself the job and gets Ollie to help write her CV.
Later on, Darren, who’s impressed with the CV decides to call up one of the named referees, but is not amused when he catches Ollie on the other end of the phone, posing as one of Juliet’s previous employers!
Hollyoaks is shown weekdays on C4 at 6.30pm with the next episode following on E4
