Sinead Shelby goes to visit her evil husband Laurie Shelby in prison to give him a piece of her mind ahead of his trial. Is she going to cut all ties with him?
Sinead Shelby (Stephanie Davies) in Hollyoaks has been in bits for the past few months thanks to the on-going abuse from her husband, Laurie Shelby (Kyle Pryor).
Now that the twisted Deputy Head is finally behind bars, Sinead is on the one hand relieved, but on the other, unsure what to think or feel.
With Laurie’s trial due to begin the next day, she is disgusted when she opens a letter he’s written to her.
An angry Sinead decides to go and visit her other half in prison.
She tells him there’s no way she’s going to be there at his trial and instead she’s going to be heading off to a festival that Sami Maalik has given her free tickets for.
How will Laurie react when Sinead taunts him and gives him a piece of her mind?
Later on and battling with her emotions, Sinead gets drunk and invites Lisa Loveday (Rachel Adedeji) and Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) along to the festival too.
Sinead’s mum, Diane (Alex Fletcher) has alarm bells ringing when she sees what a volatile state Sinead is in. She tells lawyer Sami that he will need to keep a close eye on Sinead at the festival and look after her.
Elsewhere Scott Drinkwell (Ross Adams) has a make-up malfunction when he accidentally glues one of his eyes shut when applying false lashes for his drag act, Anita Tickle!
Poor Scott has to head off to hospital in a state but things pick up when he’s cared for by a very attentive Mitchell Deveraux (Imran Adams). Mitchell seems VERY keen to help Scott, but he scuttles off sheepishly as soon as his girlfriend Cleo McQueen turns up.
Cleo picks up on Mitchell’s odd behaviour every time he seems to be around Scott and asks her boyfriend what’s going on? Has Mitchell developed feelings for Scott?
Meanwhile Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson- Dwyer) who’s been working in Price Slice, asks Tom Cunningham for his old job back working for the kids’ summer camp. Tom is at first reluctant to give him another chance but changes his mind when Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) convinces him to let Prince back.
With Prince back in the fold, Yazz Maalik (Haiesha Mistry) continues to play matchmaker between him and Peri. Will Prince and Peri finally get together?
Plus Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas Speed) is feeling a little awkward about dating man-eater Goldie McQueen (Chelsee Healey). So what will he say when she turns up to meet him in the church’s confession booth?
