Damon Kinsella asks Maxine to marry him. Will she say yes?

Following the dramatic events of yesterday, Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) starts to feel guilty that she’s gone too far with her plan to deceive Damon Kinsella (Jacob Roberts) with the mystery illness she’s been faking.

However her guilt soon turns to delight when her plan to have Damon’s long-lasting commitment seems to have worked.

Damon comes up with a special proposal to suprise Maxine in hospital

She can hardly contain her joy when Damon comes to see her and with the help of junior doctor, Mitchell Deveraux (Imran Adams) proposes to her! Will Maxine say yes and agree to marry him?

Meanwhile Leela Lomax (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) secretly meets up with Amir who has been the target of Ste’s racist abuse.

Later on, lawyer Sami Maalik (Rishi Nair) tells Amir that he can help build a court case for him against racist ring-leaders, Stuart Sumner (Chris Simmons) and Jonny Baxter (Ray Quinn).

Plus Kyle Kelly (Adam Rickitt) asks Tony Hutchison (Nick Pickard) whether he’d be willing to start a delivery service for The Hutch. Tony is not convinced by the idea but tells Kyle he’s got once chance to prove to him it could be a potential go-er.
