It’s judgement day for medic Isaac Mayfield as his abuse is revealed…

Having endured months of torment from Isaac Mayfield, it seems Dominic may have found the strength to break free from his bullying boyfriend this week. After concealing his latest black eye with make-up, Dom heads to work, where he’s surprised to find his old flame, agency nurse Kyle, on Keller with new partner, Sam, who has Crohn’s disease.

Isaac suggests an experimental procedure for Sam, but Kyle and Dom are worried about the risks. As Dom aborts the surgery, an angry Isaac confronts him on the stairwell, ramming him against the wall. But there’s worse to come when Dom tumbles down the stairs – did he fall, or was he pushed?

It's the final straw for Dom, who plucks up the courage to report Isaac's abuse to hospital boss Hanssen. Isaac's suspended immediately and forced to leave Holby for good – but is this really the last we've seen of him?

Meanwhile, with his fortunes finally on the up, Fletch vows to maintain an upbeat outlook on life, but new agency nurse Sydney Summers' bullish attitude slowly chips away at his positivity. Fletch does some digging on Sydney and is left dumbstruck when he uncovers her real identity. Will he regret ever crossing paths with Sydney?

Also, Matteo takes it upon himself to unite Jac and Jasmine in the wake of Jasmine's ordeal with Serena. But what’s driving Matteo to play the hero?
