After finding out that Alicia is not his real mum, Jacob has run away, sending Alicia and David into a panic. When they find Jacob hiding out at Holdgate, an upset Jacob insist he doesn’t want to go home. Alicia is heartbroken when she’s forced to agree to let Jacob stay with Jai for a while.
With the truth out about Jacob, it’s made Sam think about family ties and he suggests to Rachel that they have a baby of their own. Rachel is rattled by Sam’s suggestion, feeling guilty about her own deep dark secret. When Rishi realises Rachel wants to tell Sam that Jai is Archie’s real dad, he pleads with her to keep it to herself, worried that all he’s done to protect Jai will come crashing down.
It’s good news at Butler’s when Moira tells Adam that she’s taken the farm off the market. A suspicious Adam puts two-and-two together and works out that Cain and Ross must have raised the money by stealing cars. It’s clear Adam is feeling left out when he tells Moira he wishes he’d been involved. Moira is dismayed as the last thing she needs is another criminal in the household!
