Zara catches Karen crying in the toilets, full of excuses why she hasn’t told Rob about the pregnancy yet. Zara suggests she could just get rid of it but Karen is adamant she could never do that. At a partners meeting to discuss Simon they all think they have failed him and decide on a treatment programme for his recovery. They want Heston to oversee it, and he snaps at Daniel for offloading onto him. Heston invites Elaine into the meeting claiming she is the best person to look after Simon and is relieved when she accepts. Simon tells Cherry he’s not looking forward to his mums return from his aunts. Cherry is worried about leaving him to go on holiday with Jimmi but Simon urges her to go.
