Darren and Rhys's relationship returns to its usual antagonistic ways as Darren worms his way into the Ashworths and get his job back. Knowing Josh misses Hannah, India tries to mend the rift between the brothers, and it seems to work. Rhys and India are chatting over the other side of the room, and Darren suggests to Josh that there might be something going on between them. Unaware that India is talking about how much she likes Josh, after too many drinks he goes to confront Rhys. Rhys ridicules Josh who throws a punch. Rhys ducks out of the way leaving India in the firing line. Nancy is determined to go out and have fun, dragging a reluctant Elliot along with her. When Des walks into the SU Bar, and when Nancy corners him, Elliot makes a run for it. When Des tells Nancy he's homeless, she drunkenly invites him to live with her before passing out. Also; Kathleen continues to create tension in the McQueen household as they prepare for the event at Evissa. Jacqui confronts Kathleen who swans off to confront Myra believing she put Jacqui up to it. Myra tells Kathleen she has to move out, as Jacqui affirms that Theresa will stay with them. His CV includes spells as a news producer at the BBC and TVNZ, as well as web editor for Time Inc UK. He has produced TV news and entertainment features on personalities as diverse as Nick Cave, Tom Hardy, Clive James, Jodie Marsh and Kevin Bacon and he co-produced and directed The Ponds, which has screened in UK cinemas, BBC Four and is currently available on Netflix. 

An entertainment writer with a diverse taste in TV and film, he lists Seinfeld, The Sopranos, The Chase, The Thick of It and Detectorists among his favourite shows, but steers well clear of most sci-fi.
