A desperate Sienna, who has scratched the words, 'HELP ME' onto the back of Warren's car is praying that someone will notice her desperate cry for help and she will be rescued from Warren’s clutches.

But time is running out and scared Sienna has got more than just escape to worry about when she suddenly goes into labour!

She frantically tells Warren she needs a C-section urgently if the twins have any chance of surviving. Will Warren take her to hospital or is he about to discover something that will make him think twice?
