Steph finds herself in serious trouble

Following Steph and Libby's show down, Steph finds herself in hospital, not knowing how she got there or what happened. At home, Donna prepares a special dinner for Ringo to celebrate their one month anniversary, not knowing that he was knocked down by Steph when she sped away from Libby and is in hospital. Libby calls Susan to tell her that Steph and Ringo are both in hospital. When Susan tells Donna, she won't accept that it is serious and tells them to be positive. At the hospital Kate, who witnessed the accident, suffers flashbacks. When Donna arrives at the hospital, Dr Doug tells her that they did all they could but Ringo didn't make it. Donna goes into shock. Steph is given the all clear and begins piecing things together and remembers hitting someone before she came off the bike. She demands that Toadie tells her who she hit. When Steph sees Donna breaking down, she realises Ringo didn't make it. The following day, Steph is about to be discharged when Dr Doug tells her the police want to see her. As she is escorted away by the police Karl demands to knows what's going on. Toadie informs him that alcohol was found in Steph's blood... she was over the limit when she hit Ringo.
