Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick is back to perform miracles on our poorly four-legged friends and get them back on their paws again

The new series begins with Professor Noel Fitzpatrick and his team treating some of the emergency cases that are brought into Fitzpatrick Referrals.

First up is four-year-old Barney, a pug and beagle cross, who’s been hit by a bus.

His back leg was trapped under the wheel and is shattered nearly beyond repair.

Next up is Albert, a beautiful basset hound who suddenly couldn’t walk.

Noel diagnoses a spinal problem and his owners – sisters Rosemary and Diane – have to decide how best to proceed.

Travelling all the way from Cornwall to the Surrey practice is young Labrador-cross Gylly (pictured top), who’s got a complex problem with his shoulder.

Noel is the only surgeon in the world who has performed a total shoulder replacement, and owners Tracy and Lee have to decide if the radical surgery is Gylly’s best option.
