We always thought that Craig Revel Horwood was a bit of a scene-stealer on Strictly, but perhaps it’s time he took a back seat to his wonderful grandmother Phyllis.

Known as Phonse, the sweet but dryly funny centenarian is an absolute treat to watch when she meets up with her beloved grandson as he returns to his native Australia to trace his roots.

She then sets him off on an intriguing path to learn more about his great-great-grandfather Harry Macklin Shaw, who turns out to have been rather a proficient dancer…

Meanwhile there’s bankruptcy and untold riches in store as Craig also looks into his family’s involvement with the Australian gold rush.
