Chantelle's keen to be Holby's ray of sunshine once more as she returns to work for the first time since the car crash that resulted in her having brain surgery. Chantelle throws herself into treating Kara, a recovering cancer patient with stomach pains, who fears the disease has returned. Kara needs something good to happen, so when her test results indicate she may be pregnant, Chantelle can't wait to break the happy news.
But as Kara's condition worsens, Chantelle feels out of her depth and breaks down, cursing herself for believing she could come back to work and carry on as normal. Will Chantelle be able to stay at Holby?
Elsewhere, Zosia speaks out of turn when trying to help a patient with heart disease. This sets her on a collision course with Elliot - but could her ideas save the patient's life?
