Will Dodger reveal Patrick's secret?

Maxine tells Dodger what she found and shows him the photo. She thinks it's Patrick's secret daughter, but Dodger knows exactly who Sophie is and tells Patrick he's going to let Sienna know the truth. Patrick lets Maxine know what she's done. The only way for her to make it up to him is to stop Dodger telling Sienna. However, Dodger doesn't listen, unaware that by telling Sienna the truth, he's putting Maxine in harms way.
