What's this? Is Terese Willis about to become the SIXTH Mrs Robinson when she gets down on one knee and pops the question to Paul?!
Things have been rather frosty between Paul Robinson and his partner Terese Willis in Neighbours, since he found out about her secret past relationship with dodgy dealer Vance Abernethy, who has since done a runner from Erinsborough after selling Paul a stolen racehorse.
After seeing the photo of Terese and Vance together when they were younger, and realising Terese has secretly held onto it all these years, in Neighbours on Friday 21 June, Paul starts to wonder if they've really got what it takes to go the distance.
Determined to prove Paul's the only one for her, Terese unexpectedly gets down on one knee... and pops the question!
Is Terese Willis about to become the SIXTH Mrs Robinson? We caught up with Neighbours stars Stefan Dennis and Rebekah Elmaloglou to get the gossip!
Terese pops the question to Paul! Would she like to become the next Mrs Robinson? Rebekah: "Absolutely. I think for both Terese and Paul they feel like it’s on the cards. But this very unexpected marriage proposal is Terese clutching at straws because of the whole Vance thing. It’s not done for the right reasons so that’s why the outcome is what it is. Paul sees it for what it is."

Is Paul ready for his SIXTH wife? Stefan: "In Paul’s eyes, Terese is the one. But then again, he probably thought that about all of his previous wives. Well apart from Lyn Scully (played by Janet Andrewartha) which was probably why that marriage only lasted three hours! They just hated each other! Paul hasn’t exactly had much success with wives, so I don’t think he’d be quick to jump into another marriage, but you never know! I think because of Paul’s maturity and life experience, when he says someone is the one now it’s far more concrete than it was in the past."

Paul and Terese finally became an OFFICIAL couple this year after countless episodes of will they/won't they. Did you have reservations about them getting together? Stefan: "We like it because of the way, the journey it has taken Paul and Terese to get together. As long as the Neighbours producers and writers hold to our request of years ago not to let them become boring. We didn’t want them to become a happy family couple. But it never can be, it’s Paul and Terese! They’ve established them as two fiery, unpredictable characters. So there’s no reason that should change."
Rebekah: "We were always really reluctant for them to get together because you worry, 'Well, what now?'"

Neighbours has a whopping SIX nominations at this year's Logie Awards in Australia, including Ryan Maloney (Most Popular Actor), Eve Morey (Most Popular Actress) and Bonnie Anderson (Most Popular New Talent). The show is on a roll!
Rebekah: "Isn’t it fantastic? We’re so excited about it. Unfortunately I’m away and missing the night itself. We are so thrilled for Ryan, Eve, Bonnie and everyone. I’m hopefully going to stream it somehow."
Stefan: "It’s the first time the show has had this much recognition in quite a while. But at the same time, you have to remember, when a show’s been running for over 20 years people tend to get a bit forgetful of it."
Eve Morey, who played Sonya is nominated as Best Personality on Australian TV and Most Popular Actress. What did you think of the heartbreaking episode where Sonya died in Toadie's arms on the beach?
Stefan: "We have special screenings for big storylines like that. So we get to see Neighbours on the big screen. Everyone was in tears. That’s how strong that storyline was, how well it was done. The whole cast and crew who were in that screening knew that storyline intimately and we all knew what was coming. But we were all still in tears."
Rebekah: "Do you know Kate Kendall? She used to play Lauren on Neighbours. She directed that episode, she’s one of our best. She’s an amazing actress too. So hopefully she’ll return to acting one day."
Viewers are going WILD over the Toadie/Andrea/Dee storyline at the moment!
Rebekah: "We haven’t really crossed over into that storyline. I think I did two scenes with Madeleine West's character. But I can’t tell you whether it was Andrea… or the other one! But I think it’s all going to go down incredibly well with the fans. There’s great acting from everyone. But it is all VERY complicated!"
Stefan: "Kerry Armstrong who plays Andrea's mum, Heather was brilliant. She’s a bit of a legend in Australia. She was great because she was arch and wicked with a bit of madness as well!"
