There’s a report that will.i.am won’t be moving to ITV with The Voice. Instead, he’ll launch a rival show!

Will.i.am is planning to launch a TV show to challenge The Voice.

The Black Eyed Peas star, 41, has secretly been headhunting talent to appear on Super Dope, reports The Sun.

It is a sign that the US artist is unlikely to move with The Voice to ITV, having appeared on the BBC series since 2012.

Nicholas Gale, a little-known artist signed by Simon Cowell under stage name Digital Farm Animals, exposed the secret.

“I was actually asked by him to be on a show recently which he is calling Super Dope — quite apt for him.”

He said: “Will is a very interesting character and I have definitely learnt a lot from him.

The ITV version of The Voice has struggled to nail down new coaches after rejections from Sir Paul McCartney, Jess Glynne and Gary Barlow.
