Harry: The Interview, 9 pm, ITV1 and ITVX
Harry: The Interview is a new sit-down chat with Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex. Across the hour, Harry is set to talk at length with journalist and ITV News at Ten presenter, Tom Bradby. In the chat, Harry will talk in-depth about his personal relationships and reveal some never-before-heard details surrounding the death of his mother, Lady Diana. As well as his past, Harry will also talk about his hopes for the future.
Happy Valley season 3, 9 pm, BBC One
Catherine (Sarah Lancashire) faces serious fears about her troubled grandson, Ryan (Rhys Connah), as the hit drama continues with its third and final series. Catherine has spent the past few years believing she’s kept Ryan safely away from his psychopath father, Tommy Lee Royce (James Norton). But Ryan hasn’t been entirely truthful about his relationship with his dad, and the action picks up when Catherine discovers a horrifying truth that knocks her sideways and sets her on a collision course with her old nemesis. Meanwhile, we’re loving Trigger Point’s Mark Stanley as Ryan’s menacing PE teacher Rob Hepworth, who gets even more sinister this week. ★★★★★ HD

Well, the fabulous fantasy drama is living up to its name, as events get a lot darker when Lyra (Dafne Keen) and Will (Amir Wilson) try to make their way to the Land of the Dead, where Lyra wants to find her late friend Roger, as she believes he needs her help. However, getting there requires a terrible and deeply emotional sacrifice… Meanwhile, the ever-brilliant Mrs Coulter (Ruth Wilson) is determined to stop the evil Magisterium from unleashing their dastardly plot against Lyra, but her mission takes some risky turns. And look out for an encounter with an incredible beast as intrepid scientist Mary (Simone Kirby) continues her own journey. ★★★★ CC
The Great Pottery Throw Down, 7.45 pm, Channel 4
With its retro soundtrack, tearful judge Keith Brymer Jones and beautiful ceramic creations, this Bake Off-style pottery competition has proved a hit and is back for a new series. Also back as the host, having been temporarily replaced by Ellie Taylor after a bike accident, is Siobhán McSweeney, who oversees this week’s challenge to make a birthday tea set. ★★★★ IM
Call the Midwife, 8 pm, BBC One
It’s always lovely to see caring Sister Julienne immersing herself in a case, and this week, she grows close to mum-to-be Lilian (Lydia Larson) and her husband Ronnie (ex-EastEnders star James Alexandrou) after Lilian develops a worrying rash on her breast. Meanwhile, Lucille (Leonie Elliott) bonds with an elderly man who is losing his sight, but Cyril (Zephryn Taitte) and Phyllis are finding it difficult to raise the troubled nurse’s increasingly low spirits… However, there’s light relief when Shelagh organises the upcoming Whitsun celebrations and the event leads Sister Monica Joan to find a use for Sister Veronica’s unwelcome glut of marmalade! ★★★★ CC
Best box set on TV tonight
An atmospheric supernatural thriller starring Line of Duty’s Martin Compston, Mark Bonnar and Iain Glen. The crew of the Kinloch Bravo rig are ready for danger, but not for the terrifying, unexplained events that start to unfold after a sudden power failure. As the rig is shaken by massive tremors, all communication to the outside world is lost and a mysterious thick fog rolls in. Then one of the crew is badly injured in an accident while other disturbing occurrences quickly follow…. JE
Best film on TV tonight
Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, 8 pm, ITV2
This buddy action comedy spin-off from the mainline Fast & Furious flicks sees Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham taking the reins as Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw once again. Their unlikely partnership is formed after the duo are thrown together to track down a programmable supervirus and end up doing battle with Idris Elba's cybernetically enhanced terrorist, Brixton Lore.
