Having left the village and moved to France after learning her lover Ross had lied to her about shooting Robert Sugden, Debbie has had to return as she’s in deep doodoo. When she runs out of petrol, Debbie’s forced to accept a lift from a passing stranger to get away from pursuers…
Cain and Charity reel as their daughter bursts in to the Dingles’ place, desperate for their help. As Sam is charged with looking after the kids, Sarah and Jack, Debbie heads off with her dad Cain. But it’s Sam who ends up in the firing line as two heavies burst in looking for Debbie and, clocking the kids, soon realise they have the collateral to get what they want…
Knowing his daughter is struggling, Doug offers to help Laurel by looking after Ashley for the day. Paddy’s hurt when he hears Chas flirting with someone on the telephone.
