Mercedes and Joe are concerned when Freddie ignores a letter from social services. He eventually arrives at the hospital to meet the social worker but tells them all he feels nothing for his daughter and can't be a dad!
Meanwhile, Cameron continues to try and weaken Ste's willpower. Meanwhile, Leela has a confession to make to Tegan - she kissed Jesse - while Tony has some words of wisdom for Ste. After serving lactose-intolerant James a dish filled with dairy, Ste quits his job at Nightingale's. Back at home, Ste asks Cameron for some Crystal Meth.
Also, John Paul's desperately trying to avoid Sally but, in doing so, makes a mistake that puts his job in jeopardy. Sally takes the blame to save her son's career.
